Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on September 4, 2025
We at 360 Consulting Services Group, Inc. are working to make our site www.360consultingersvicesinc.org accessible to people with disabilities.
What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Our commitment
We’re committed to making our website, online tools, and on-site experiences usable by everyone. Our goal is conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and relevant ADA requirements.
What we’re doing
Standards: Build and review pages against WCAG 2.2 AA.
Design: Sufficient color contrast, scalable text, clear headings, descriptive links, no color-only cues.
Content: Alt text for meaningful images, captions/transcripts for multimedia, plain-language writing.
Keyboard: Full keyboard navigation with visible focus; no keyboard traps.
Forms: Labeled inputs, error messages with guidance, logical tab order.
Responsive: Works on desktop, tablet, and mobile; reflow without loss of content.
Members/Apps: We aim to make our digital tools (AI Mentor, Voice-to-Journal, alerts, etc.) usable with assistive tech.
Ongoing monitoring
Reviews: Quarterly checks using automated and manual tests (e.g., Lighthouse, axe, WAVE).
Assistive tech spot-checks: We test representative pages with popular combinations (e.g., NVDA/Firefox on Windows; VoiceOver/Safari on iOS; TalkBack/Chrome on Android).
Training: Staff who edit the site receive accessibility guidelines and checklists.
Compatibility & technical prerequisites
Supported browsers: the two most-recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari.
Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack (behavior may vary).
This site is built on Wix; some widgets (maps, video, booking/calendar embeds, third-party forms) are provided by external vendors and may have limitations we don’t fully control. We’ll provide alternatives on request.
Known or potential limitations
User-generated content (e.g., partner listings) may occasionally lack perfect structure or alternative text.
Third-party media/iframes might not expose full keyboard or ARIA labels.
If you encounter an issue, please tell us (details below) and we’ll work on a fix or provide an accessible alternative.
Request help or an alternative format
If you need content in another format (large print, audio transcript, accessible PDF) or an accommodation for an event or service, contact us:
Email: support@360csg.org

We welcome your feedback. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve or provide an alternative within 10 business days, depending on complexity.
Physical accessibility (on-site)
Where possible, we provide ADA-height beds, accessible routes, and seating areas at our gardens/venues. Some areas are outdoors/uneven; contact us in advance so we can assist with route and parking options.
