TL;DR
Memberships: Monthly non-refundable once a term begins. Annual refundable within 7 days if ≤10% of credits were used.
Events/Bookings: Tastings/classes 24h; assessments 48h; private events 7 days (see details below).
Products shipped: Receiver pays shipping; damage/shortage must be reported within 48 hours; returns need approval (RMA).
Add-ons/credits/day passes: Non-refundable once any access or credit is used.
1) Scope
This policy covers refunds/returns for: memberships & digital tools, bookings & events, and shipped products (jellies, sauces, pickles). CSA subscriptions, venue contracts, and wholesale POs may have additional terms shown at checkout or in your agreement.
2) Memberships & Digital Tools (AI Mentor, Pest ID, Forecaster, Alerts)
Monthly plans: Non-refundable once the billing term starts. Access continues through the paid period.
Annual plans: Full refund within 7 days of first purchase if usage is ≤10% of included credits (e.g., ≤2 Pest IDs or ≤3 Mentor messages). After 7 days, non-refundable.
Add-ons/credit packs: Non-refundable once any credit is used.
Day passes (24-hour access): Non-refundable once access is granted.
Cancel anytime in Account → Subscriptions; cancellation stops future renewals.
3) Events, Classes, Tours & Rentals (matches your Booking/Event Policies)
A) Venue Tours (free): Cancel/reschedule ≥24h: OK. Within 24h/no-show: no refund (service is free), and we may limit future tour bookings.
B) Wine Tastings • Classes/Workshops • Kids Farm Quest:
Cancel/reschedule ≥24h before start: full refund or free reschedule.
Within 24h: non-refundable. If you contact us ≥4h prior, we’ll offer one courtesy reschedule within 30 days (subject to availability).
No-show: non-refundable.
C) Farm Assessments (On-Site & Virtual):
Cancel/reschedule ≥48h: full refund or free reschedule.
Within 48h: consult fee forfeited. If you contact us ≥12h prior, one reschedule with a $10 rebooking fee.
D) Private Events / Venue Rentals:
Deposit refundable if canceled ≥7 days prior; 7–72h: deposit forfeited; <72h or no-show: 50% minimum guarantee due (or deposit applied toward balance, whichever is greater).
If we cancel for severe weather, safety, or staff illness: choose reschedule or full refund.
4) Shipped Products (Retail & Wholesale)
Who pays shipping: The receiver incurs all shipping charges (freight collect), plus any carrier fees, duties/taxes, address corrections, redelivery, liftgate, or storage fees.
Processing: 1–3 business days after payment/approval (Mon–Fri). Transit times are carrier-controlled and not guaranteed.
Damage/shortage claims: Note issues on the carrier’s proof of delivery and email support@360csg.org
within 48 hours with photos and order number. We’ll assist with the carrier claim and arrange replacement/refund once the carrier accepts responsibility. Claims without delivery notations may be denied.
Returns: Require prior approval and an RMA. Return shipping is paid by the sender unless we shipped the wrong item. Returned goods must be unopened and resell able.
Title & risk: FOB Shipping Point (Albany, GA or Little Rock, AR). Title passes to receiver when the carrier accepts the shipment.
5) How to request a refund

Order/booking number (or subscription email)
Item/service and date/time
Reason for the request
Photos for damaged shipments (within 48h)
We usually review within 2 business days.
6) Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post credits within 3–10 business days; timing varies by issuer. If the original method is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a paper check at our discretion.
7) Non-refundable items
Used digital credits/add-ons or day passes
Services outside cancel windows or no-shows
Perishable/opened food items (unless we shipped the wrong item)
Customized or special-order items once production starts
8) Chargebacks
Please contact us first—we can usually resolve issues faster. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension until resolved.
9) Local laws
Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Georgia, Arkansas, or your jurisdiction.
