TL;DR

Receiver pays all shipping charges (freight collect), plus any insurance, duties/taxes, and carrier fees.

Orders ship from Albany, GA or Little Rock, AR within 1–3 business days after payment/approval.

Damage/shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
1) Scope
Applies to products we ship (e.g., jellies, pepper sauce, pickled okra). Event tickets, venue bookings, CSA pickups, and installs are not shipped.
2) Who pays shipping

Receiver incurs all shipping costs. We can:
(a) ship collect to your UPS/FedEx account, or
(b) ship on our account and invoice you at actual carrier cost (plus any packaging surcharges you approve in advance). -
Any duties, taxes, import fees, address corrections, redelivery/inside-delivery, liftgate, residential surcharges, or storage fees billed by the carrier are the receiver’s responsibility.
3) Processing & transit times

Processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri; cutoff 2:00 pm ET).

Transit is carrier-controlled and not guaranteed. Weather/holidays can delay delivery.
4) Packaging & insurance

We use protective, food-safe packaging. Insurance is available at receiver’s cost (recommended for orders over $100). Tell us if you want Signature Required.
5) Delivery, damage & claims

Inspect cartons at delivery. Note any damage/shortage on the carrier’s proof of delivery.

Email support@360csg.org within 48 hours with photos, order number, and the carrier’s notation. We’ll assist with the carrier claim and arrange replacement/resolution once the carrier accepts responsibility.

If no notation is made, claims may be denied by the carrier.
6) Undeliverable or refused shipments

Fees for return to sender, address correction, or refused deliveries are billed to the receiver.
7) International

Receiver pays all duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and any customs delays are outside our control. Provide accurate consignee info to avoid holds.
8) Returns

Returns require prior approval and an RMA. Return shipping is paid by the sender unless we shipped the wrong item.
9) Origin & terms

Ships FOB Shipping Point (Albany, GA or Little Rock, AR). Title and risk transfer to receiver when the carrier accepts the shipment.
