We custom design our raised beds based on your site preferences with quality materials and professional installation. We also guide you on growing for your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Contact: support@360consultingservicesinc.org (229) 800-1360 1) Scope This policy covers all bookings made on our website or in person, including: Wine Tastings & Classes, Venue Tours, Farm Assessments (on-site & virtual), Workshops, Corporate/Private Events, Wholesale Buyer Tastings, and Photographer Permits. 2) Age, ID & alcohol Wine services are 21+ with a valid government ID. We may refuse alcohol service to any visibly intoxicated guest. No outside alcohol allowed. 3) Arrivals, late & no-shows Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in. If you’re late, your session may be shortened to end on time. No-show = no refund/credit (except where noted below). Repeated no-shows may limit future booking privileges. 4) Cancellations & rescheduling (by service) A) Venue Tours (free) Cancel/reschedule ≥24h: OK, no penalty. Within 24h or no-show: we may restrict future tour bookings. B) Wine Tastings • Classes/Workshops • Kids Farm Quest Cancel/reschedule ≥24h before start: full refund or free reschedule. Within 24h: non-refundable. If you contact us ≥4h before start, we’ll offer one courtesy reschedule (same service) Subject to availability within 30 days. No-show: non-refundable, no credit. C) Farm Assessments (On-Site & Virtual) Cancel/reschedule ≥48h: full refund or free reschedule. Within 48h: fee forfeited. If you contact us ≥12h before start, you may reschedule once with a $10 rebooking fee. On-site assessments outside our standard service radius may incur a travel fee (see §7). D) Corporate/Private Events (e.g., Team-Build Half-Day) Deposit: $300, applied to your total. Cancel ≥7 days prior: deposit refunded. Cancel 7–72h prior: deposit forfeited. Cancel <72h prior or no-show: 50% minimum guarantee due (or deposit applied toward balance, whichever is greater). Date changes are treated as cancellations unless rebooked on the same day/time window and approved by our team. E) Photographer Golden-Hour Permit Cancel/reschedule ≥24h: full refund or free reschedule. 24–4h: 50% credit toward a future permit (30-day expiry). <4h or no-show: non-refundable. 5) Weather & farm conditions We operate rain or shine; severe weather (lightning, flooding, dangerous heat) → we’ll reschedule or refund at our discretion. For outdoor services, bring closed-toe shoes, sun/bug protection, and water. 6) Health & safety Do not enter restricted or production areas without staff. Follow posted signs and staff.
